At Hello Clio, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, but if a fit isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as your shopping experience.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely seal the box or mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
